The default shipping option for orders is untracked - this is done so I am able to provide an affordable shipping option to those ordering from my shop. Please keep this in mind while ordering! 

Tracked shipping upgrades (including express shipping through FedEx) are available for a higher price. 

US Tariffs:

Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for all international shipments sent to the U.S. is suspended, meaning duties and taxes now apply to all commercial imports valued at $800 (USD) or below.

I am currently able to ship to the US again through USPS. They offer a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option, which means any tariffs are INCLUDED in the standard shipping option, alongside standard tracking. This option usually takes between two and three weeks to arrive, but can take longer pending customs. 

Another available shipping option (FedEx) avoids this flat fee, but any orders placed are still subject to a tariff of 15% (plus any administration costs charged by FedEx). Please be mindful of this while ordering. 

UK Customers:

Due to Brexit I am not able to ship orders to the UK through Shopify - UK customers will still be able to order through my Etsy store, however! I apologize for the inconvenience :( 

Order processing times

I aim to ship items within 1 to 2 weeks from the purchase date (or longer, in the case of conventions or unexpected order load). I run this business alone, so delays may occur, but you can always reach out and ask for an order update! 

Likewise, if you have an order with a deadline please reach out through email or website form to check if I am able to accommodate it :) 

If processing times are longer than usual, I will update the site banner to reflect this. 

Shipping times

Items within the EU take anywhere between two and four weeks (10 - 20 business days) to be delivered from the moment they are shipped out.

Items outside of the EU can take anywhere between two to eight weeks (10 - 40 business days) to be delivered.

These shipping times are accurate for tracked as well as untracked shipping. 

Orders with Express Shipping through FedEx should be delivered within one week (3 - 5 business days) after shipping. Please keep in mind that order processing times still apply. 

If you are in any rush to receive an item, please contact me beforehand through hey@annadrawsstuff.com to confirm whether I can deliver on that timeframe. 

I am unable to rush my processing times outside of orders in the Netherlands because all international orders are processed in bulk. I also cannot account for mail delays. 

Shipping issues

If an order is returned to me, I will always contact you to ask for your preferences on how to move forward.  

If your order has not been delivered two months after the date of shipping, your order may be lost. If you believe this is the case, please reach out to hey@annadrawsstuff.com so we can resolve the situation.

When there is an issue with the delivery of your order I will always ask to reconfirm your address. If the address provided with the order is incorrect I may ask you to pay a shipping fee in order to send the item out again. 

If the order was returned or lost for no clear reason, I will always re-send the order at no additional cost once. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping at this point, I will only ask you to pay the difference in shipping costs.

If an order is lost more than once, I will refund the item price minus shipping cost, or ask you to pay for tracked shipping prior to re-sending the order a second time.
